Britt joined Perry & Neblett, P.A. as a Litigation Associate in 2016 after serving as a law clerk for the firm for more than two years. He received dual B.A. degrees from the University of Miami, one in Ecosystem Science & Policy and the other in Political Science. After graduating, he attended the University Of Miami School Of Law in Coral Gables, FL, where he was actively involved in the University’s chapter of the Innocence Project and the Maritime Law Society.

Britt is focuses a majority of his time with the firm working with the maritime and insurance litigation department where he is responsible for many aspects of day to day operation including attendance at hearings and active participation with all cases involved in ongoing legal action. He has extensive knowledge of both the environmental and commercial aspects of maritime law and works to bring the two together through his practice. Additionally, he has experience with all phases of the insurance dispute process and has been actively involved in insurance litigation in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts.

Britt grew up on Sanibel Island, FL, but has lived in Miami for more than a decade, and is a lifelong Floridian. In his free time Britt is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, and experiencing all the beautiful outdoor space South Florida has to offer.
